Tip #2 eating breakfast
I know you have probably heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day since you were a kid. Well it’s true. If you don’t eat anything in the morning what is fueling your body for the day? If you had no gas in your car would your car start in the morning? Absolutely not. Your body will function, but not properly and not at its best capacity. You should be eating a healthy balanced meal within an hour of getting up in the morning. Here is a good analogy, think of your body as a fire. Overnight you have nothing fueling it so the fire is pretty low when you wake in the morning. You need to add fuel to the fire to get those flames nice and hot. This will also help with weight loss. Keeping a balanced healthy diet throughout the day will help keep that fire burning which in turn will help keep that metabolism going to burn calories.
